It wasn't as expected, the room wasn't that clean, not to mention that no one came to clean the whole week. The food was about the same every day, some things that were at lunch were also in the evening

- comfortable bed - nice sea view - spa (extra money but located in the hotel)- hotel located in a nice area

- dirty bathroom - nasty toilet - not very clean in general- poor breakfast - broken lightbulbs

The hotel was a disaster. The staff named Mrs Senem was very rude and unprofessional. We had no water in hour room. All water facilities were out of order. We couldn’t even have shower. The management and facilities are very poor.

Good hotel for its price. It's the first line by the sea. The staff was helpful and I guess we met the owners who were very sweet. The breakfast didn't leave us hungry.

very close to the beach, disabled lift wasn’t working the first few days but staff went above and beyond to ensure we got to and from our room

asked for a spare key as they only gave one . guest was disabled and wanted to sleep, I would not be able to help him once I came back as he couldn’t get up to let me inhotel night staff charged me 15 euro for key for the night and followed me to my room until I paid him

***FOR VEGANS *** They served vegan food every day during my stay. Fantastic! Very good personal. Very good location, Cleopatra beach just a few steps away. Close to city centre. I loved turkish belly dance show held in outside area of the hotel.

there is no kettle in the room so i am not free to drink tea or coffee whenever i want. so it is not comfortable to go out to have a drink when i need to relax and drink something hot in the room.Breakfast is good . But it starts at 8 ( very early ) and i have just one and half hour . After that i cant have it

The hotel is close to the Kleopatra beach... The price is cheaper than other hotels which are close by... The Restaurant space is bigger than The Restaurants of other hotel that are near by ....

awful hotel food. Got food poison for 10 days and womans 3 days. We pay half allincluse but cant eating for hotel un clean food.

poor breakfast, one has to pay extra for key card, poorly cleaned, poor Wi-Fi, the staff was accommodating and tried to help us as best they could. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Disgusting and dirty hotel with huge cockroaches , dirty bathroom! Feels like toilet was never clean . Towels with the holes very old one . No blankets to cover wile you sleeping ( they provide only bed shit to cover and also dirty with the stain and holes ) Cleaning of the rooms was acceptable , but they didn’t change towels and bedding even once for 8 days of our stay , not replenish shampoo ! Reception stuff is not helpful at all , anything you ask them they say: “ Is not my hotel I don’t know “No private beach, ( how is mentioned in facility list), no safe box ( you need to pay everyday for it ) , no WiFi. Breakfast is the same everyday.Overall the stay was not comfortable and pleasure , was coming there only to sleep ! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
